SHIPMENT

Each item is shipped from Tokyo, Japan. Please allow 2-3 weeks processing time before your order is shipped out, in order to batch orders for sustainable labor. I’m not able to do it every day, thank you for understanding!

Depending on your location, packages will arrive between 2-7 business days for Japan/ Asian orders and up to 3-4 weeks for international orders. Once your package is in the mail system, it’s out of my control. I cannot personally guarantee that your order will arrive by a certain date.

Each order comes with tracking once it is shipped. You'll receive an email with the tracking number once your order is shipped out.

All orders are shipped through Japan Post which is the japanese post service.

If on the tracking page the package is showing as "In transit" it means that it’s still moving through the system and it does not mean it's lost.

I’m not responsible for any lost, unclaimed, damaged, stolen packages, or addresses not entered correctly. Refunds are not available for any of these issues.

In case a package gets sent back to me and I need to resend it to your address I will need to charge you the shipment fee again.

Please contact your local post office if an order arrives damaged.

Please make sure your email and address are entered correctly.

 

CUSTOMS

International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges, depending on the destination country. Please note that I do not cover these costs. Unfortunately as these costs are beyond my control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, we recommend contacting your local customs office. 

 

TATTOO TICKET

I want to be as clear as possible, when you purchase a tatoo ticket you won't be receiving any item. This ticket is a permission to use one of my existing works as a tattoo, to be tattooed by a tattoo artist of your choice. 

If you thought you were buying a physical item please contact me and I'll refund you.

This is not a custom drawing comission.
